These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aiescu website and all aiescu products and services, including Skell.io, Pavleur, Twirf, AIxecutor, Resume Builder, and other AI-powered career preparation tools (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Using aiescu Services

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Do not misuse the Services, interfere with operation, or attempt to access them using a method other than our provided interfaces.
• You retain ownership of content you input into the Services; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Services and provide AI-powered features.
• When using BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) features, you are responsible for your API usage and costs with third-party providers.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current term. Some products may offer lifetime licenses or bundle pricing for multiple services.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content or activity.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent usage limits.
• No harassment, spam, or misuse that could harm others or our infrastructure.
• Use AI-generated content responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of service of third-party AI providers.
• For interview preparation tools, use ethically and in accordance with the policies of companies you are interviewing with.

AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, and content. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models, are owned by or licensed to aiescu and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Services. You retain ownership of your input content, and subject to these Terms, you own the output generated by our Services.

Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Deepgram) and other services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use outputs generated by the Services. The Services are educational and assistive tools and should not be relied upon as the sole means of interview preparation or career development.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiescu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or for loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services and any downloaded software.
